Dana Wrubel

Dana Wrubel is the Editor in Chief, founder, and Social Media Director of the Just Allergy Things magazine. She started the magazine due to her desire to support others who have food allergies and educate those who do not. Throughout her life, Dana did not encounter others who experienced the same struggles she did as an individual with numerous food allergies. With this magazine, she hopes to show others with the same issues that they are not alone. Having been diagnosed with her food allergies when Dana was one year old, she has learned how to advocate for herself from a young age. Dana's passion for writing began when she was in 6th grade and wrote her first children's book and has grown ever since. In her free time, Dana enjoys designing hair and makeup for her high school's productions, playing the piano, and skateboarding.
