Ingredients
1 banana (peeled)
4 strawberries (with tops cut off)
1 handful of blueberries
2-3 blackberries
½ cup milk (can be substituted with dairy-free alternatives)
1 tsp honey
Note: this recipe requires a blender.
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend and pulse as needed until mixed with desired texture. If the smoothie is too watery, you can add some more fruit, and if it’s too thick, adding some more milk or even water can do the trick.
3. Pour into a cup or mug and enjoy!
